In honor of even more rain falling from these November skies, I'm going to go ahead and stick with the theme of rain, though luckily what I am dealing with is not acid rain. Today's track comes from the band Saintseneca, who, coming from Columbus, Ohio, can also understand what it's like to live with the weather of the Midwest. Saintseneca falls in with the folk sound I love. Their strong vocals and songwriting, essentials to create a good folk inspired sound, do not disappoint with this band. Listening to them, you can just envision them the type of band that will play whenever and wherever they get the chance. "Acid Rain" is a track off of their debut album "Last", released in August 2011. If you like what you hear, check out more of what they have to offer and if that doesn't satisfy you enough the band does have a record label called Mama Bird that might hook you up with some similar sounding tunes.
